Triage and diagnosis serve different purposes. Triage helps determine how urgent a situation may be — for example, whether your pet needs emergency care, a veterinary visit soon, or home monitoring. Diagnosis is the process of identifying a specific medical condition. Diagnosis requires a licensed veterinarian to perform a physical examination and, in many cases, diagnostic tests such as bloodwork or imaging. This app provides triage guidance only. It does not diagnose medical conditions or replace an in-person veterinary exam.
